A Night of Waltz

Opening ceremony by the committee members of Banking and Finance Society

Kampar: A total of 326 students participates in waltz night organized by UTAR Banking and Finance Society (BFS) under the theme “Now or Never 2016”. This event was held on 6th August from 7pm-10pm in Heritage Hall.

Lim Loke Yee, the chairperson of the BFS conveyed his token of gratitude towards the VIPs present, performers, participants and especially towards the committee members that make the whole event a success.

“Tonight, we are here to promote interaction among students and make new friends. But, most important is to relish the night. We only live once, so enjoy to the heart content!” He added.

A series of performances was arranged. Starting with saxophone performance by Sim Wen Qin. Sim performed two songs where one of the song is the famous Titanic soundtrack “My Heart Will Go On”. Followed by 97’s, a music band by a group of hot girls. Next, participants are also entertained by Esther K and her band, a famous Youtube singer who gained quite amount of popularity online.

Not only that, the crowds were also entertained by a drama performed by 21 Century. The drama depicts the love story of a girl. The hilarious drama content makes the hall filled with the crowds’ laughter and were ended with a great round of applause.

A sweet and joyful moment with loved one

After the series of performances ended, it is the time for the long-awaited dance. The dance was led by the committee members and their dance partner.

Then followed by the participants. Ladies were also escorted to the dance by their respective partner.

The female looks mesmerizing in their beautiful and gorgeous gown while the male looks stunningly handsome in their tuxedo and suits.

A touch of romance with alluring fragrant and scattered rose petals makes the night feels enchanting. It was truly a fascinating night.
